Folding the title in and out

You can now collapse and expand all or individual titles in your document to navigate through the document more quickly and create a better overview.

To collapse all titles, click on the arrow symbol in the header. If you want to collapse individual titles, click directly on the arrow symbol in the corresponding title.

New toolbar

Important functions such as attaching files, sending PDFs by e-mail or downloading can now be found directly via the toolbar at the top right of the document editing screen.

Folding the page navigation in and out

You can use the menu icon at the top left to open the page navigation to find your way around longer documents. As soon as you click on a position or a title in the navigation, you will be taken there in the document. Another click closes the navigation again.

2. Better Contact Search

We have optimized the search for contacts. Among other things, this allows you to search for "words within words".

Of course, this also applies to the recipient search in the document header. The hits are now also highlighted in color here.

3. Automatic synchronization of wage costs

You have probably already saved the calculation of your wage costs in the settings (Settings / Calculation / Wage costs). From now on, these will be automatically synchronized with the wage cost blocks within services - both within the master data and in documents.

Before the synchronization is applied within current documents (in draft mode), you must confirm this. Alternatively, you can also continue with the "old costs".

If you click on the pencil icon, you can overwrite the labor costs stored in the settings. In this case, the input field will turn white so that you can enter different costs.
