We are pleased to introduce you to the latest features and improvements to our plancraft office application. With these updates, we make your life in the office easier and enable you to do your work even more efficiently.
When creating your documents, you can switch between individual and automatic numbering of the item numbers at any time.
To edit the items, select the "Number individually" option in the menu:

When creating or editing documents, you can now show and hide long texts to quickly find your way around long documents.
Basically, you can define your overhead rate for material in the settings in plancraft. However, if you have different surcharge rates for different materials, you can simply enter them in the master data using the "Set surcharges" option.
As soon as your employees enter more than one time entry per day, these are displayed one below the other in a table row. You can now also delete your employees' time entries from the office. This allows you to manage your times better and undo errors in time recording. To do this, select the relevant time entry and click on Delete entry.

The search finds word-in-word results. For example, for the word stein the word Sandstein can be found. In addition, the order of the search words is no longer relevant.
The labor costs per minute are no longer rounded to two decimal places. This enables a precise price calculation in the document and avoids rounding errors. The calculation supports up to 10 digits after the decimal point, whereby a maximum of 4 digits after the decimal point are displayed.
Due to the fact that labor costs e.e.g. no longer from €0.675 to €0.68, there are no errors in the calculation of labor costs when billing by the minute.
