We are pleased to introduce you to the latest features and improvements to our plancraft office application. With these updates, we make your life in the office easier and enable you to do your work even more efficiently.
You can now create cost estimates. These are not legally binding, but give your customer an estimate of where the journey could go in terms of price.
In the settings, you can define standard texts for the new document type as usual and link automatic attachments.
From now on, you can upload videos in the chat and also record them via the mobile app.
In the mobile app there is now a picture preview for all pictures in the chat. You can view multiple images by simply swiping from right to left.
You can now easily zoom into images using finger gestures. In addition, the zoom rate has been increased so that you can now zoom in even closer to the images.
If you move the mouse over a project or assignment, a small info window opens. We have added the start and end date of the projects or assignments in this window. You can now see this information without having to click on it. For assignments that are not all-day, you can also see the exact times. This is particularly useful if you have several assignments planned for one day.
