#1 Allocation

From now on, you can include a surcharge in invoices, e.g. for construction electricity or construction water.

#2 Mail feature improvements

Emails that you send via Plancraft are currently still being sent to your customers via a “no-reply” email address from Plancraft. So that they know, we generate an info text that now appears at the beginning of the email. Previously, this was at the end of the email. In addition, we've added an exclamation mark to further increase visibility.

#3 Versioning invoices

If you revise an invoice that has already been completed (Figure 1) and then complete it again, a suffix is added to the invoice number (Figure 2). This is how you guarantee legally secure versioning of your invoices. You will of course retain access to all versions of the invoice (Figure 3).

#4 Contact details processor

So that your customers can contact the right person directly if they have any questions about offers or invoices, you now have the option to provide the contact details of the processor.

The data comes from the profile settings of the respective user. You can edit these under Settings/Profile.
