#1 - Assigning team members to projects 👨🏻 ‍ 💼🧑🏽 ‍ 🏭👨🏼 ‍ 🔧

Now people spit in their hands again - and together. Finally assign team members to projects in Plancraft. This allows you to always keep an eye on who is currently working on which project.

How to put the team together 🤝

When creating a project, you can select the team at the bottom. All members of your account in Plancraft are displayed there. Are you still all alone in the team? Invite all your colleagues at Preferences > Workspace Go to Plancraft.

You can view the project details at any time in the project under “Edit Details.”

Change profile picture 🌚 🌝

As part of this feature, we've also introduced a profile picture for each team member. Every Plancraft user can do this themselves at Settings > Profile change.

#2 - Chat in Editor 💬

Since the beginning of September, the chat has been available in the editor. This is especially cool because you can simply open the chat history when writing an offer/invoice. Have you spontaneously picked up material from the hardware store again? Take a quick photo with the smartphone app and upload it to the project via the chat. Later in the office, just take a look at the chat history to remind yourself of your extra purchase 💡.

You can also use chat messages (texts) as positions. Just drag it in with the mouse - a pleasure.

#3 - Shorter click paths 🏎💨

For all of you who measure software based on how many clicks it needs, you will now be pleased: We have improved document processing.

What does that mean exactly? 🧐

If you want to make an invoice directly from an offer, two selection steps are required. You can use positions right away - or you can still start as blank (by simply not taking over any position).

Of course, we've thought too: For advance invoices, you can also select from other documents from which you would like to take over positions.

#4 - Change email 📧

Did you register with us back then with a spam email or do you have a new company email address? No problem! You can enter your email address to sign up at Settings > Profile > Login email change.

After you change your email address, 2 things happen:

• The new email address receives an invitation
• The old email address receives a message that it can no longer be used to log in
