#1 Improved collection

Over the past year, we have repeatedly received suggestions for improving the collection system in Plancraft, which we have taken very seriously.

Create

Payment reminders and reminders can be made via the “Create coherent” icon either in the project...

... or be created on the payment page of the overdue invoice.

After creating a payment reminder or reminder, it is no longer downloaded directly, but is first displayed in Plancraft like all other documents.

Edit and send

Once the payment reminder or reminder has been created, you can edit it as needed (a) or send it directly to the customer by email (b).

View

Payment reminders and reminders created are displayed as a new document type in the project and on the payment page of the invoice and can be viewed, downloaded or resent at any time.

Outlook: You will soon be able to easily find invoices in the invoice list using a filter.

#2 Importing master data

Materials and services can now be imported very easily. Either use “From Existing Document”, for example if you have created a template folder with all your master data in Plancraft in the past, or use “From external file” if you have saved your service texts as GAEB or Excel, for example.

#3 EK Price change in%

Another new function in the master data is to enter a percentage increase in the purchase price. This makes it possible to transfer price changes from suppliers in the blink of an eye.

Simply click on the three dots if the prices of an entire product group have changed (a) or select the individual materials using the multi-selection (b).

Then all you have to do is enter the percentage by which the purchase prices have changed.

#4 Text additions in tender mode (GAEB)

It happens time and again that the client not only wants to know your prices, but also demands additional text additions to the long text. You can now enter these text additions in Plancraft.

#5 Search in Timelist

Similar to the invoice list, the list of times can now also be easily searched.

#6 Exporting contacts

You can now also export your contacts from Plancraft using the three points in the contact list.
