We have received a lot of feedback from you regarding further options for the type of time entry. Of course, we have taken this to heart and have now added the following types to the latest mobile version: education (e.g. for vocational school or continuing education), short-time work, public holidays and other things.
Of course, the extended selection is also available in the office application.
After some feedback from you, we've improved the order of the columns in the time list so that you can now check the times of your employees more efficiently.
Also available in the new mobile version (and long-awaited by some): upload documents directly to the chat via smartphone.
This month, we've also made some technical improvements to our mail feature. Important for you to know: These technical changes in the background significantly reduce the likelihood that emails will end up in your customer's spam folder. In addition, the emails you send with Plancraft have a more professional look and also include your logo (if you have saved it in Plancraft).
Outlook: Soon we will also show you in Plancraft in case an email to your customer doesn't get through.
Everyone who already uses the chat in Plancraft together with their employees will have already noticed it: New messages in the chat have recently been marked with a red dot (as with WhatsApp & Co.). Newly created projects are also visually highlighted with “new”.
Of course, the whole thing also works in the office application.
If your customer pays with cash, you can now also enter this in Plancraft.
Finally, a short info for all Plancraft users from Austria: We have renamed the VAT-ID to UID for you.
