We are pleased to introduce you to the latest features and improvements to our plancraft office application. With these updates, we make your life in the office easier and enable you to do your work even more efficiently.
Create your own units to individually adapt your documents to your services. Decide for yourself which units you want to use and determine in the settings which of them you want to store as standard in the calculation.
The best part: You can now also use superscript characters!
From now on, you can also work with plancraft from other time zones. The planning board, times and time recording in the mobile app will always display the time in which your workspace is created. No matter in which time zone the entries are created. This makes it easier for you to make important plans even while on vacation.
For a better overview and differentiation of assignments, you can now give missions a name. The name is also shown to your employees in the mobile app. The project information, such as the project name, is displayed as usual.
Highlight: Your employees can now see in the mobile app who is scheduled to work with them. It is important that you use the exact same name for this. This saves you from having to ask yourself who is working with whom.

We have improved the overview of deployments in the mobile app. In addition to the assignment information such as date, time and description, you can now also see the title of the assignment (if it was created in the planning board). You can also see immediately how many colleagues you are assigned to a mission.
To see even more information about your mission, there is now also a mission details page. Here you can see on a map where the assignment is taking place, the detailed mission description, the link to the project and particularly helpful: your team of operations.
On the mission details page, you can now see who is scheduled to join you on the same mission. If the members are part of teams in the planning board, this information will also be shown to you in the overview. You can call the people in your team directly via the app to make deployment arrangements even easier.
From now on, you can simply add your mobile number to your profile in the mobile app. This makes it easier for your project and team members to coordinate with you directly.
When creating a project in the mobile app, you can now also add a project description and assign multiple team members.
